The Revolutionary Army operates in a decentralized manner, with numerous cells and commanders spread across the globe . Dragon runs this vast organization from behind the scenes, coordinating the efforts of his top lieutenants like Sabo, Ivankov, Bartholomew Kuma, and Koala. This structure allows him to strike anywhere and at unpredictable speeds.
Although his true fighting power has never been shown, Dragon appears to possess extraordinary meteorological powers . He can raise massive storms and control wind and lightning, hinting at devastating strength. He is believed to be an expert in Haki of the Kings , a skill inherited from his son Luffy.
Unlike many pirates, Dragon avoids direct confrontation with the Navy. His goal is to weaken the World Government from within by rallying oppressed populations to his cause. Sabo: The Flame Emperor
Sabo is Monkey D. Dragon's right-hand man in the Revolutionary Army. Born in the Kingdom of Goa, he was the heir to a wealthy noble family before renouncing his rank. He is the adopted brother and best friend of Luffy and Portgas D. Ace . After surviving an attack by the Celestial Dragons, he was saved by the revolutionaries.
After a blackout of several years, Sabo regained his childhood memories following the death of Ace, killed by Admiral Akainu of the Navy. This is what will motivate him to join the Revolutionary Army to avenge his spiritual brother. He quickly climbs the ranks to become Dragon's right-hand man thanks to his exceptional strength.
Sabo is a user of the Lightning Fire , a very powerful Logia Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into fire and lightning. Combined with his Armament Haki and Kings Haki, this makes him an extremely dangerous fighter. He demonstrated this during the Battle of Dressrosa , fighting the Marine's Chief Admiral Issho to a draw. His current bounty of 602 million berries reflects his threat to the World Government.
As second-in-command, Sabo leads many of the Army's operations across the Grand Line. He oversees officers like Karasu, Morley, and Lindbergh in missions to liberate oppressed islands and slaves. He also has a special relationship with former Shichibukai Bartholomew Kuma, whom he helped free from the World Government's control.
Although separated for years, Sabo was reunited with his brother Luffy in Dressrosa under dramatic circumstances. Their brotherly bond seems intact despite their divergent paths. Some fans speculate that he could eventually join the Straw Hat Pirates . Will he help them in their quest for One Piece?

Emporio Ivankov: The Miracle Worker
Ivankov is the powerful commander who leads the Kamabakka Kingdom's G Army. A user of the Horu Horu no Mi , a Devil Fruit that can control hormones and gender, Ivankov is a formidable fighter.
During the Marineford War, she helped Luffy escape from Impel Down. Ivankov is extremely loyal to Dragon and the revolutionary ideology.
Belo Betty: The Rebel Leader
Belo Betty is the commander of the Eastern Army, originally from Boles Island. She possesses the Kobu Kobu no Mi , a Devil Fruit that allows her to massively inflate the size of objects.
In combat, Betty uses this ability to increase the size of her fists and deliver devastating blows. She is a woman with an eccentric personality , very devoted to the revolutionary cause.
Karasu: The Crow Man
Karasu is the mysterious revolutionary commander of the Boreal Army, based in North Blue. He possesses the Tori Tori no Mi Raven Devil Fruit, allowing him to transform into a flock of black crows. Ideal for espionage and stealth attacks!
He is known for his silence and calm demeanor, rarely speaking. During the Reverie, he fought Admiral Issho alongside Sabo, displaying great power.
Morley: The Okama of the West
Morley is the revolutionary commander of the Western Army. His Devil Fruit, the Gura Gura no Mi , allows him to dig underground tunnels. His abilities make him an expert in stealthy infiltration. Morley played a key role in the liberation of the Kingdom of Dressrosa alongside Sabo and Karasu. In our opinion, he is the revolutionary who has accomplished the greatest feats!
Lindbergh: The Ingenious
Lindbergh is a Mink capable of using the Sulong form, increasing his strength and speed tenfold, making him an expert in close combat. He leads the Southern Army. Lindbergh is a fighter mainly focused on technology and equipment, like Franky or Usopp. His Sulong form, however, makes him an extremely dangerous opponent...
The Vice-Commanders
Inazuma
Inazuma is a vice-commander with a sharp-hair fighting style, capable of cutting through stone and metal with ease. Inazuma demonstrated her power while fighting the Pacifistas alongside Ivankov.
Ahiru
Ahiru is the deputy commander of the Eastern Army and Belo Betty's assistant . She made her first appearance during the Summit War arc. She notably participated in the mass liberation of prisoners from Impel Down.
Jiron
Jiron is the vice-commander of the Northern Troop. He is Karasu's right-hand man and assistant . He has not yet appeared in the anime, but only in the One Piece manga.
Gambo
Gambo is the vice-commander of the Southern Troops and Lindbergh's right-hand man . He is a round, stocky figure with a large crescent-shaped mustache and red cheeks. He also wears a pointed hat, overalls with suspenders, and boots.
Beyond his original look, Gambo is a betting enthusiast who does not hesitate to take on crazy challenges on a whim.
Ushiano
Ushiano is a Mink cow , vice-commander of the Western Troop and Morley's assistant. He appears notably during the Reverie Arc and the Egghead Island Arc .

Koala
Koala is a young red-haired woman, a former slave of the Kingdom of Goa saved by the Revolutionary Army. Now a dedicated officer, she is an expert in foot-fist type martial arts . She played a key role in the operation to liberate the Kingdom of Dressrosa. She maintains close ties with Hack.
Bartholomew Kuma
Bartholomew Kuma was once a brutal Grand Corsair in the service of the World Government. In reality, he was a double agent infiltrated within the Revolutionary Army. A user of the Devil Fruit Nikyu Nikyu no Mi , his palms can repel anything, including damage and pain.
Kuma has aided the Straw Hats on several occasions, sending them to key locations for training. Transformed into a cyborg by Vegapunk , he lost his personality before being saved by the Revolutionaries. Kuma is a major force in combat!

Hack
Hack is an officer who rescued Koala from slavery when she was a child. He then trained her for 6 years in martial arts and revolutionary philosophy.
Terry Gilteo
Terry Gilteo is a high-ranking intelligence controller . His role is to collect and analyze important information to pass on to Dragon, particularly on the exploits of the Straw Hats.
Bunny Joe
Bunny Joe is also an officer. He led the mission to free the prisoners of Impel Down during the Marineford War, notably allowing Nico Robin to rejoin his companions.
Nico Robin
Nico Robin briefly traveled with the Revolutionary Army after being rescued by the Mugiwara in Alabasta. She developed friendships with members like Koala and learned information about the Forgotten Century . However, Robin is not officially a member of the organization, she is just an ally!
